    技術支持經理

    匯報對象：中國區經理

    主要職責:

    Ø 與總公司研發部緊密合作，將新老產品推向市場

    Ø 定期對公司內部員工和經銷商團隊進行技術培訓

    Ø 根據要求撰寫產品技術和市場資料

    Ø 與重要客戶進行產品技術溝通

    Ø 對經銷商網絡提供技術支持，并回答客戶有關技術問題

    Ø 與本行業有關權威雜志和網站建立密切合作關系

    Ø 組織有關技術交流會

    

    任職資格:

    Ø 較好的商業理念和正直誠實

    Ø 最低為動物營養碩士學位，最好為博士學位

    Ø 在動物營養行業具有豐富的實踐經驗

    Ø 熟悉大中型飼料企業的飼料配方

    Ø 優秀的演講和交流能力

    Ø 具有本行業技術支持經驗為佳

    Ø 能夠經常出差

    Ø 熟練的中英文表達能力，略懂法語為佳

    Technical support manager – China

    Key responsibilities:

    Ø Working together with the R&D department in bringing old and new products to the market

    Ø Technical training of internal and distributor sales teams

    Ø The production and writing of technical and marketing documents

    Ø Presenting scientific and product information to key customers

    Ø Providing technical support to the distributor network and answering to the customers questions

    Ø Building relationships with publicity outlets such as industry journals and web-sites

    Ø Organizing the technical seminar

    

    Requirements:

    Ø Good business sense and high integrity

    Ø Master degree in animal nutrition is must, but PHD will be prefered

    Ø Wide experience of the animal feed industry most likely with nutrition or animal health products

    Ø Familiar with feed recipe

    Ø Excellent presentation and communication skills

    Ø Willingness to travel extensively

    Ø Previous experience of technical support or having worked in a technical environment in the feed industry

    Ø Essential to work in Chinese and English but some skills in French are plus
