　　招聘職位

　　一、省區經理：

　　崗位職責：1、整體區域市場策劃及執行，完成銷售任務；

　　2、區域內人才隊伍建設及監督管理；

　　3、指導本區域梯隊中其它人員銷售及相關工作；

　　4、搜集、整理本區域市場信息，進行市場分析，為公司提出合理化建議。

　　任職要求：1、年齡40歲以下，本科以上學歷，動物營養或營銷等相關專業；

　　2、5年以上飼料行業從業經驗，熟悉飼料行業的營銷、管理；

　　3、具有良好的形象與品德修養，吃苦耐勞，有敬業精神；

　　4、具有良好的獨立分析決策能力及談判、溝通能力；

　　5、能適應出差。

　　二、技術服務：

　　崗位職責：1、負責產品技術推廣、培訓及對銷售系統的技術支持工作；

　　2、負責安排產品基礎實驗及優化整合工作；

　　3、負責產品說明材料的編寫工作；

　　4、參與公司新產品及新技術、新工藝的開發及申報工作等。

　　任職要求：1、碩士研究生學歷，動物營養、畜牧獸醫等相關專業；

　　2、具有扎實的專業知識，良好的技術資料撰寫能力；

　　3、具有良好的溝通、表達能力及團隊意識；

　　4、氣質形象佳；

　　5、能適應出差。
