羅氏公司提高維生素價格
Roche Vitamins increases prices

　　羅氏維生素有限公司宣布，從8月1日起將維生素、類胡蘿卜素和部分精細化工產(chǎn)品在全球范圍內(nèi)的價格提高12%。價格的調(diào)整對于所有新的合同立即生效，而所有先前簽訂的合同不受影響。

　　羅氏維生素和精細化工部是全球維生素和類胡蘿卜素領(lǐng)域領(lǐng)先的供應(yīng)商，其產(chǎn)品可用于動物飼料、食品、藥品及化妝品等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。它擁有自己的研究中心、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和遍布全球的銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)。

　　羅氏已對外宣布，將其維生素和精細化工部出售給荷蘭DSM集團，并在等待并購控制當(dāng)局的的審批。

　　Roche Vitamins Ltd. has increased its US dollar prices for vitamins, carotenoids and selected fine chemicals as of 1 August 2003 by 12%. New pricing will be effective for new orders, however Roche Vitamins Ltd. will honor all existing contracts.

　　Roche’s Vitamins and Fine Chemicals Division is the world’s leading supplier of vitamins and carotenoids to the feed, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. It has its own research centres, production facilities and worldwide sales and distribution network.

　　As announced, Roche has sold its Vitamins and Fine Chemicals Division to the Netherlands-based DSM group, pending approval of the merger control authorities.
