2014年4月3日，北京正道生態科技有限公司（簡稱“北京正道”）與皇家百綠集團達成戰略合作協議。北京正道將控股皇家百綠集團旗下的百綠（天津）國際草業有限公司（簡稱“百綠中國”）。百綠中國仍將作為獨立市場運作的企業主體，繼續經營皇家百綠集團的所有品種和品牌產品。
On April 3rd, 2014, the Royal Barenbrug Group and Beijing Rytway Ecotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Beijing Rytway”) have reached a strategic agreement in which Beijing Rytway will become the majority shareholder in Barenbrug (Tianjin) International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Barenbrug China”). Barenbrug China will operate as an independent company with an exclusive license and marketing agreement to sell all Barenbrug proprietary varieties and branded products in China.
